• Adidas Package = $114.58 (Youth Sizes), $123.73 (Adult Sizes)

Women's cut can be ordered as either jersey and/or shorts but each team must choose a single selection of shorts and a selection for jerseys. Examples: men's jersey with women's short or women's jersey with women's shorts.

Each Package Includes:

1. 1 white jersey
2. 1 blue jersey
3. 1 pair blue shorts
4. 2 pairs of socks (one white, one blue)
5. SCU logo on jersey
6. numbered jersey and shorts.

Order Process:

Electronic order form (Excel)

Instructions: right-click the "order form" link choose "Save Target As..." or "Save Link As..." download the spreadsheet to your Desktop or other location on your hard disk use Excel to fill in the form(s) save and email as indicated below

1. Submit orders electronically to both jeff.mckay@l-3com.com and kickerssoccer@aol.com
   It is each team's responsibility to follow up with Kickers on their orders.
2. Mail or take deposits to Kickers Plus, 145 N. Amphlett Blvd., San Mateo, CA 94401 (Attention: Suzy)
3. In the memo section of your SINGLE check, write: SCU-Your Team Name-Date of electronic order.
   Example: SCU-Shock-3/25/04
4. Your order will NOT be entered with the vendor until your check is received by Kickers Plus.
5. Pick up completed orders at Kickers Plus at above address when advised

Important Notes:

1. 50% deposit due upon order entry
2. There is an additional shipping charge for orders less than $100.
3. Balance due upon order pick up
4. You may pay 100% on order entry if you prefer
5. One check per team order please!
